Opening Hours

Monday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Tuesday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Admittance will be granted until 7 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday, 9 p.m. on Monday.
Please plan sufficient time for the security checks at the museum entrance.

On 7 May 2014, the museum will close at 4 pm by way of exeption.

The glass courtyard is closed due to special events on the following days: 3, 9 + 10 April 2014.

Pets are not permitted, except guide dogs or dogs providing essential health support.

Photography and filming inside the museum are permitted solely for personal use and only without a tripod, flash or lamps.

Museum hosts with Museum scarf

Visitor service staff are waiting in all sections of the museum to greet visitors. They can help you find your way around and answer your questions about exhibits and concepts and all the other services the museum offers. Our guides are happy to accompany you through the exhibition.

Permanent and Special Exhibitions:
Museum ticket regular charge: 8 euros
Museum ticket reduced charge: 3 euros
Children up to the age of 6 years free
Family ticket (2 adults, up to 4 children): 14 euros

Audio guide: 3 euros (plus ID as deposit). Please be aware that the audioguide cannot be reserved in advance.

Audio guide for children: 1 euro (plus ID as deposit). Unfortunately, the audio guide for children is temporary not available.

Organized in cooperation with the Berlinische Galerie: Get reduced admission to the Jewish Museum Berlin with a ticket from the Berlinische Galerie from the day of your purchase and the following two days and vice versa.
