Easter Lamb Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks until they are slightly frothy, stir in the warm water and gradually add the sugar, lemon peel and salt.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter. Carefully stir in the flour. Take a lamb-shaped baking form, brush it with butter and fill it with the batter. Bake in the oven at 392°F (200° Centigrade) for 25 minutes.
Let the Easter Lamb cool and dust it with confectioners’ sugar.
