Puri Instructions
Combine the flour and the salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the water and oil and mix until you have a firm dough that is easy to knead. Cover the dough and let rest for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into ten pieces and shape them into little balls. Using a rolling pin, roll out circles of medium thickness. Fry the puris in hot oil until they puff up and acquire a golden brown color. Turn over and fry the other side.
