Het Onderwater Cabaret Live

An evening of music and poetry. Part of the program accompanying the exhibition “My Verses Are Like Dynamite” Curt Bloch’s Underwater Cabaret

This is the first time that Het Onderwater Cabaret can be experienced live on stage! The evening is staged by director, musician and actor Marina Frenk, who will bring Curt Bloch’s poetry and songs to the stage.

Dutch actor Richard Gonlag and other performers will sing and recite pieces by the German-Jewish author – which are as topical now as when they were written, unmasking political rhetoric, propaganda and obfuscation. A very special cabaret evening!
